← Back to all jobsKadd Systems is seeking a senior Network Engineer to support a large federal agency. This onsite position is located in Woodlawn, MD (near Baltimore).
Responsibilities
- Provide technical analysis in data center and cyber security network planning, engineering, and design
- Validate enterprise-level network design, new equipment software, and OS for vulnerabilities
- Develop implementation strategies for nationwide rollouts/upgrades
- Configure and maintain VPN, NAC, Cisco ISE, Cisco NEXUS, and Cisco ASR
- Develop SOPs for monitoring and performance measurement
- Provide third-level support with periodic after-hours/weekend coverage
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's + 14 years (5 in complex network engineering); or MS + 12; or PhD + 9; or 18 years in lieu of a degree
- Cisco CCIE or equivalent; a second CCIE or CCDE credential
- Extensive LAN experience (Ethernet, Cisco ISE, 802.1x, wireless LAN)
- Must obtain/maintain a Public Trust clearance
