← Back to all jobsKadd Systems is seeking a Cyber Systems Engineer / Network Monitoring System Developer to oversee cyber security data collection, storage, and interpretation supporting the Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) Program. This onsite position is located in Woodlawn, MD (near Baltimore).
Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and detect cyber events and incidents across systems and networks
- Support integrated, dynamic cyber defense and continuous monitoring toolsets
- Build a framework to measure and quantify cyber risk
- Specify intrusion detection methodologies and configure security systems
- Verify security systems via test scripts; conduct incident response analyses
- Design and integrate DoD IA architectures and system components
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's + 5 years; Master's + 3; or 9 years in lieu of a degree
- 4–6 years performing data tagging
- 4–6 years building data pipelines and connections (Splunk, DbConnect, Xacta, CDM)
- 3+ years ETL coding with Python
- 3+ years capturing interface designs in a common control format
- 3+ years obtaining Authority To Operate (ATO)
- Must obtain/maintain a Public Trust clearance
