← Back to all jobsKadd Systems is seeking a Project Manager 3 to support several projects at a large federal agency. This onsite position is located in Woodlawn, MD (near Baltimore).
Responsibilities
- Support initiatives across Server, Storage, Network, and Database integration
- Create and manage the WBS, schedule, scope, and communications plan
- Coordinate and facilitate planning and status meetings; document minutes
- Build Senior Executive-ready PowerPoint presentations
- Maintain project SharePoint sites and documentation
- Update deployment/installation plans in Microsoft Project Server
- Produce and maintain Visio diagrams of network and application layout
Basic Qualifications
- 5 years managing technical projects in large enterprise environments
- 5 years developing lifecycle documents (Use Cases, Requirements, Design Specs, Test Cases)
- 4 years leading requirements discovery sessions with customer/SME audiences
- Experience with federal contract vehicles (GSA Schedule 70, NASA SEWP)
- PMP certification
- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance
